About Our Home
Our smoke-free and pet-free apartment was built in the 1930s and has a cottage-y feel (inspired by French architecture). It's located just 20 miles outside of Philadelphia and is nestled in the Center Square Golf Club, which is very quiet (nothing like an apartment complex). The foliage is beautiful and the golf course is open to the public and is supposed to be very nice (I don't golf).
There is an on-site restaurant & bar right next door (called Champs) and the Lansdale/Blue Bell area is very nice, with lots of great restaurants nearby. About 5 miles down the road is Skippack, which is a quaint little walkable village with lots of "mom and pop" shops.
The SEPTA train that goes into Philly is about a 6-mile drive (I recommend the Norristown High Speed Line to get into the city), and if you love shopping, our apartment is just 9 miles from one of the largest shopping malls in the United States - the King of Prussia Mall.
Just a note: My car is a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer and it's a manual.
