About Our Home
Third-floor walk-up flat in a lovely building just a three-block walk to a very charming downtown with tons of great eateries, shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is nestled at the foot of lovely green hills on the north end of Silicon Valley and just minutes south of downtown San Francisco. Very private, lovely apartment with lots of contemporary art, hardwood floors, tons of light, trees outside the windows. Spacious rooms, small but functional kitchen, big, stretch-out bathtub & shower! Large, firm, brand new queen bed. Big back yard with huge green space, sunning area and barbeque. TV, VCR, and video streaming on netflix, but no cable. We prefer you use your own cell phones, as there is no house phone available for guests. Quiet, safe, and cute neighborhood just near train and rapid transit. Two bikes available for riding around town. Carport available if you’re renting a car. Hiking trails, Golden Gate Bridge, Pacific Ocean, Muir Woods all nearby. 3 block walk to train to downtown San Francisco (20 min ride), takes you right to hip, urban neighborhoods, museums, restaurants, sites and much more. We are particularly neat and clean, and would love to trade with an individual or couple who is tidy and clean as well. It will be our pleasure to talk to you about a trade!
