Modern apartment with beach view

About Our Home

Our unit is very modern (only a few years old) and in the kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, fridge, s/s oven, dishwasher drawer and everything you need. The lounge features two lounges (one with a pull out bed), a very large tv which features foxtel pay tv, dvd player, dining table and a gorgeous view of the beach and a large balcony to sit and enjoy the view. There's also a table and chairs on the balcony where you can have breakfast and watch the early morning surfers. The bedroom has a king size bed and an office desk and a tv with pay tv. We have the internet connected that you can use for free. There is a washing machine & dryer and the bathroom features a relaxing large spa bath as well as an open style shower. There is a seperate area (that is not enclosed) that has another queen size bed. The unit is airconditioned, but you will generally not need it. Our large unit complex has some amazing amenities including a full gymnasium, indoor & outdoor pools, spa, bbq areas, steam room, sauna, games room, internet room, we even have a small in house cinema you can book (it is free, but you need to leave a deposit with reception that you get back). It is handy to just about everything. Woolworths is directly below for any grocery needs as well as cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, pubs, ten pin bowling, entertainment, retail outlets, clothing stores etc etc. Cavill ave is a few metres away that always has entertainment on weekends, and market stalls along the beach 3 nights a week. The kids will never be bored with all the incredible fun worlds to visit, only a few kilometres away. There is Movie World, Sea World, Wet n Wild, Dreamworld, which will keep you occupied for days. There is even a park for thrill seekers a block away 'Adrenalin Park'. The beautiful hinterland with tropical rainforest walks, tea houses, art galleries and much more a short drive away. There are also plenty of sport activities close by including many golf courses, swimming, surfing, boating, jet skiing, diving, fishing, whale watching, adventure sports, tennis, bike hire, scooter hire, gaming centres, Jupiters casino, race tracks, sporting facilities, ten pin bowling, cinemas, shopping, zoos, wineries, spas, galleries, museums, and much much more!!
