The Hudson is a condominium community located at the corner of King Street West and Spadina Avenue. The address is located on the border of the club district and the fashion district and only a 5 minute walk to Toronto's financial district. The building is surrounded by sophisticated restaurants, theatres, clubs, galleries and boutiques and only a 10 minute walk to Toronto Harbour and the Martin Goodman Trail. This is the perfect spot for two girl friends or a couple. The apartment has one bedroom, two bathroos, a den and a connected kitchen/living room space which connects to the private patio. The furnished patio has a beautiful view of the city given its 9th floor location. There is a dishwasher and en suite laundry. The kitchen has marble counters and there is a bar area which fits 3 for dinners and more for pre-drinks. It is decorated with abstract paintings and a dramatic black chandelier over hanging the living area. The Hudson also has a gym and a larger, shared patio with a BBQ on the second floor. Club Hudson is also located on the second floor which can be booked for larger parties. The building has a billiards room, a larger TV room and guest parking. There is 24 hour security which is always available to answer questions, give directions and keep the building safe.

1. We are a couple of 2 years, my boyfreind doesn't like wild parties, he likes sophisticated dinners, he doesn't like mess so you can be assured I will keep the place clean.
