This is a privately owned Parisian appartment , small and charming, with non working fireplaces and wooden floors, I live alone with my daughter so there are 2 bedrooms, the couple bedroom is a walkthrough separated with japanese fabric panels, the childs bedroom has a door, there is a single bed and the possibility of a second blow up mattress, the main room is a smaĺl lounge area with kitchen area , the kitchen equipment is clean and brand new, the bathroom is old fashioned but very practical , albeit the shower is small, hot water great , one lovely shy cat to feed and her litter box is in the bathroom , cat lovers only .... This is a teeny tiny typical parisian appartment , with a lot of charm and in the 19 th arrondissement so very easy to visit Paris , we are on line 7 , direct to Opera Chatelet and the jardin des plantes... On foot you are 2 minutes from the Villette park and science museum and also the Canal de l.ourcq ... A friendly neighbour is nearby . First floor with lift .
